PURCHASING
The preferred method of ordering an MJ limited edition print is through the online shop, but phone orders are also welcome.
The online store accepts credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Please contact MJ by email at hello@marikajarv.com.au to arrange payment by Direct Debit or lay-by.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars ($AU) and includes 10% GST. 
GST will be deducted from the price of all international orders. 
MJ reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note MJ's prints are created using traditional techniques such as foil stamping, screen-printing etc. 
As they are not produced digitally there may be some imperfections in the pieces.
This is seen to add character and uniqueness, and is considered part of the beauty of the artworks.

However, if for some reason you are not completely happy with your MJ print, 
you may return it for an exchange or full refund (less delivery fees).

Exchanges or refunds are subject to the following conditions:
MJ must be contacted within 2 days of receipt of delivery.
The prints must be returned to MJ within 7 days.
Prints must be returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Customer is responsible for the cost of delivery of prints back to MJ.
Initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
Exchanges will incur a second delivery charge.

DAMAGED GOODS
MJ prints are packaged with care, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, 
please contact MJ upon receipt of delivery. 
MJ will arrange for the damaged print to be picked up and refund or replacement print re-delivered to you at no additional cost.
